• Where do I meet my V.I.P. Chauffeur when I arrive to JAX?
  When you arrive to JAX International Airport, Please call our dispatch at 904-741-0533 give the dispatcher your claim number, collect your luggage, we will pick you up quickly at Post #1 (Outside of Baggage Claim). When you arrive at V.I.P. Park & Ride, your vehicle will be waiting under the covered reception area.
  
  
• Who should I look for?
  The V.I.P. Park & Ride staff is easily recognizable in our bright red shirts and black pants Outside of Baggage Claim Post #1.
  
  
• How much does it cost to use your services?
  The parking charges are based upon an eight hour day. Your charges up to eight hours will be prorated and anything over eight hours will be billed at the full day rate.
  
  
• What is the JAX Fee?
  The JAX Airport Board levies an 6.0% fee on every transaction as a privilege fee for operating at JAX Airport.
  
  
• How do I get my receipt?
  Your receipt will be printed and e-mailed to the e-mail address on file shortly after your arrival.
  
  
• Do you have a frequent parker program?
