- How do I reserve a parking spot?

Reserving your pre-paid airport parking is a quick & easy 3 step process.
- Search: Enter your airport, check-in and check-out date and time.
- Select: Select the parking option that best meets your travel needs.
- Reserve: Pay online and guarantee your spot.
- How far in advance do I need to make my parking reservation?

We recommend that you make your airport parking reservation at least 2 to 3 days ahead of your date of travel, the sooner the better. Our lots fill up quickly near holidays. We recommend that as soon as you book your airline reservation you also make your airport parking reservation at the same time, that way, you will have your guaranteed parking spot at the day of travel.
- Can I make my reservation after parking in the facility?

No, the only way to take advantage of the online rate, is to make your reservation prior to entering the parking facility.
- When should I arrive at the parking facility?

We request that you arrive at the parking facility 20 minutes before you want to arrive at the airport (not 20 minutes before your flight leaves). Please bring in your reservation confirmation voucher when checking in to speed up the check-in process.
- What if I forget my parking voucher?

If you forget your voucher, you can login to your account on the our website and print or email it again. You can also access our website to print your parking voucher.
- How do I get to and from the airport?

Free transportation on shuttle buses is provided to and from the airport. Please allow 20 minutes for check-in and transportation to your terminal. Please enter the time you wish to arrive at the parking vendor’s lot (NOT your flight departure and arrival times). Upon your return, you can call for pick-up. At a few airports Shuttle buses constantly circle the airport.
- How often do the shuttle buses run to the airport?

Our parking providers have 24 hour Free Shuttle service to all airport terminals. When you are ready to leave we will have a shuttle waiting to take you to the airport.
- Are the parking lots open 24 hours per day?

Most parking lots are open 24 hours per day 365 days per year. Lots that are not open 24 hours, will generally meet all flights out of the local airport.
- What if I need to change the date or time of my reservation?

Time Adjustments:
The locations are flexible with the times to accommodate airline schedules. If the time adjustment is within a 12 hour period and does not change the check in date, keep the reservation as is and the location will compute any additional charges upon checkout at the same daily rate. If the change results in an extended stay, see Change to Check out date below.
Change to Check in date:
If you need to change your check in date to a different date, you must cancel your reservation and create a new one.
Change to Check out date:
Changes to your check out date don't require a new reservation unless you would like to prepay for your entire stay through our website. The lots will compute any additional charges upon check out at the same daily rate.
